About your therapist

I’ve practiced as a therapist in the Hudson Valley since 2010. From 2011 to 2020, I also worked full time at a local counseling center, where I provided more than 5,000 hours of therapy to several hundred clients and supervised graduate-level interns.
I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, parenting, family issues, big decisions, and life transitions, including getting older. I’m an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). My work draws mainly on CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, with some influence from Buddhist psychology and existential therapy.
What matters most to me, though, is flexibility: meeting you where you are and paying attention to what’s happening in the room right now.
I see clients in person at my office in the heart of Rhinebeck Village, at 23H East Market Street, and online. I’m licensed in New York and Florida, and I also provide clinical supervision.
If you'd like to talk, I'd be glad to hear from you.
