I am a local therapist, practicing in the Hudson Valley since 2010. Between 2011 and 2020, I also served as a full-time clinician for a local counseling center, providing over 5,000 hours of therapy to several hundred clients with a vast array of concerns, as well as clinical supervision for graduate-level interns.

 

While I utilize psychodynamic, ACT, CBT, Buddhist psychology, and existential therapy, specializing in (but not limited to): anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sexual orientation, major life transitions, family issues, and decision making, it is mostly versatility, meeting clients where they are at and bringing awareness to the present session, that I find essential to my work.

My office is located in the heart of Rhinebeck Village, at 23H East Market Street, where I currently see individuals and provide clinical supervision.
